Welcome to Fuddee. This policy outlines how orders are processed, transported, and managed on our platform. By placing an order through Fuddee, you agree to the terms described below.
Fuddee is owned and operated by M/s Spotsies Soul Foods LLP (LLPIN: ACS-2560).
Fuddee provides delivery services within specific operational zones. Availability is subject to:
Geographical Limits: You must be within a restaurant's delivery radius to place an order.
Operating Hours: Subject to the restaurant's kitchen hours and local government regulations.
Logistics Availability: Delivery is dependent on the real-time availability of Delivery Partners in your area.
All delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only. Actual delivery time may be impacted by:
Preparation Time: The time taken by the restaurant to cook and pack your food.
External Factors: Traffic congestion, weather conditions (heavy rain/storms), and peak-hour demand.
Distance: The travel time between the restaurant and your specified location.
Note: Fuddee does not offer "guaranteed" delivery times and is not liable for delays caused by the factors mentioned above.
Applicable delivery fees are calculated and displayed transparently at the final checkout screen. These fees are determined based on:
Distance: The distance from the restaurant to the delivery point.
Order Value: High-value orders may qualify for discounted delivery.
Demand Surges: Charges may increase during periods of high demand or adverse weather.
Packaging: The Restaurant Partner is solely responsible for food quality, hygiene, and secure packaging (spill-proof containers, seals, etc.).
Transit: Fuddee’s Delivery Partners are trained to handle food with care. However, Fuddee is not responsible for the taste, portion size, or internal temperature of the food upon arrival.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a precise delivery address and being available at the contact number provided.
A delivery is considered "Failed" if:
The customer is unreachable via phone/chat for more than 10 minutes upon the partner's arrival.
The delivery address provided is incorrect or inaccessible (e.g., gated communities without access).
The customer refuses to accept a correctly fulfilled order.
Consequence: In cases of failed delivery due to user error, no refund will be issued, and the order will be cancelled.
Contactless Options: You may request "Contactless Delivery" in the order notes. In such cases, the partner will leave the package at your doorstep or security gate.
Verification: For certain high-value orders or restricted items, a One-Time Password (OTP) may be required to complete the delivery.
If you receive a package where the restaurant’s seal is broken or the packaging is severely damaged:
Do not accept the order from the delivery partner.
Take a photograph of the damage immediately.
Report the issue to support@fuddee.com or via the in-app support chat.
Fuddee reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all orders placed after the "Last Updated" date.
